Why do you ask for a card if it's free?
Purely to prevent abuse of the free Trial plan — your card is verified via Stripe only, no amount is ever charged. You only pay once you decide to upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Scale.
What exactly is the Trial plan?
The Trial plan is free, available forever (no expiry date), and gives you 1 AI agent to try the platform. The only limit is a hard stop at €1.00 of real AI costs — so trying it out can never accidentally cost you money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On an upgrade, the remaining amount is prorated. On a downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does the annual discount work?
On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 2 free. Starter €100/yr (instead of €120), Pro €250/yr (instead of €300), Scale €400/yr (instead of €480). You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.
What happens when I hit my token limit?
You'll receive a notification at 50%, 80% and 90% usage. At 100%, agent requests are paused until the next month or until you purchase extra credits.
Are there hidden costs for LLM usage?
